Meet The Team
At Sylvan Crossings, we pride ourselves on the home-like, community feeling that our wonderful staff provides for residents.
Please let us introduce the Creekside Estates, Sylvan Crossings team responsible for the health and happiness of your loved ones.
Rebakah Lim
Executive Director
Rebakah Lim is the Executive Director at Sylvan Crossings at Hunter Ridge. She has dedicated the past three years to Sylvan Crossings, starting out as the Life Enhancement Coordinator and moving into the Resident Care Coordinator role before taking on the position of Executive Director.
Rebakah studied at UCLA before moving back home to Wisconsin. Her son’s Autism taught her patience and gave her a different perspective on life. She has found that her compassion for helping others really drives her to make sure the residents at Hunter Ridge have everything they need.
When not working, Rebakah loves to spend her time out in nature. She can regularly be found in her kayak out on the river with her son, or camping in the woods enjoying the peace and quiet.
Judi Fuecht
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Country living in Mayville is beautiful with the changing of the seasons. Judi's pastimes include walking her dog, Chelse, crafts, decorating, and her children and grandchildren. Judi is also a hugger! She has always been interested in the health care field as well. Judi received her CNA certificate from MPTC in Beaver Dam. She has worked in assisted living facilities for the past 40 years. 23 years ago, new furniture and I entered Sylvan Crossings. She is still there, but the furniture is not! Judi has worked NOC, PM and day shifts as well as holding the Assistant Director position.
At present, she is the Life Enhancement Coordinator. Judi is a firm believer that when it comes to mental or physical health, if you don’t use it you lose it. She tries to make sure her activities stimulate both. Residents’ favorite activities are different ways to play bingo, dice games, table top bowling and trivia. Before COVID, the residents of Hunter Ridge enjoyed many family parties. Judi's day at Sylvan Crossings starts with a visit to each resident, a hug and some small talk. She also makes sure to inform them of the day’s activities. She is thankful for what she does and enjoys it very much. When Judi retires, she plans to write a book called “Residents Say The Darndest Things”!
