Ten years ago, TouchStone Senior Services, LLC began a company specific to the professional management of assisted living homes for seniors. TouchStone Senior Services began offering an alternative to seniors who could no longer live at home, yet did not require skilled nursing care. The alternative housing is called Sylvan Crossings, Assisted Living Homes for Seniors. Today, Sylvan Crossings is an acknowledged leader as a premier provider of assisted living care in the Wisconsin Assisted Living Industry.
The high standards and unique approach to delivering services, make us a preferred assisted living choice for seniors. Our communities through out the State of Wisconsin known as Sylvan Crossings allows our team members the autonomy to customize programs and develop cultures to accommodate the individuals living with each of our communities.
