At Sylvan Crossings, we believe that assisted living should be similar
to living at home. Our residents have the right to make their own choices
and be in control of their lives. We integrate our residents' past
experiences into their new home and we respect individual styles, interests
and beliefs. In essence, we fit into the resident's life rather than
requiring residents to fit into ours.
Our staff is as devoted to residents' happiness as they are to their health. Our residents typically need some type of daily assistance and the focus is on wellness, and maintaining residents' independence.
We have several licensed homes in Wisconsin. In addition to our Assisted Living homes, we offer Memory Care for residents suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's.
